Spanning eight vertical stories of state-of-the-art infrastructure, our facility houses every discipline of modern shoemaking under one roof.
For international footwear brands and procurement executives who cannot always travel for in-person audits, this detailed walk-through highlights our floor-by-floor capabilities, production workflow, and engineering assets.
2. Floor-by-Floor Operational Breakdown
• Level 8 - Executive Offices, VIP Showroom & 3D CAD Studio: Houses our physical shoe library featuring over 500 seasonal sample models, computerized shoe last digitizers, and design conference rooms.
• Level 6 & 7 - Rapid Prototyping & Master Sample Workshop: 45 specialized craftsmen producing confirmation trial pairs, custom lasts, and colorway swatches in 7–10 days.
• Level 4 & 5 - Computerized Cutting & CNC Stitching Workshop: Multi-ply digital oscillating knife cutters and automated programmable pattern sewing lines.
• Level 2 & 3 - 4 Automated Conveyor Assembly Lines: Continuous infrared sole cementing tunnels, 9-pincer hydraulic toe-lasters, 6-bar sole presses, and 100% metal needle detector stations.
• Level 1 - Raw Material Receiving & Master Export Staging Warehouse: Heavy-duty pallet racking, raw fabric inspection station, and direct container loading docks.
3. Open Invitation for On-Site Audits
WIDEWAY warmly welcomes international procurement delegations, brand founders, and third-party audit inspectors (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, QIMA) to tour our facility, review physical testing logs, and witness production runs firsthand. Transportation from Quanzhou Jinjiang Airport (JJN) or Xiamen Gaoqi Airport (XMN) is gladly coordinated by our reception team.
